What We Learned This Week:
- Tower Farms are the best of farming and greenhouse tech
- This tech uses less water, less land, and grows clean food. ie - Greenhouse of 5000 sq ft, that grows 1 acre of food on 1/9 the land size.

True Garden Tower Framing & greenhouses has a location in Mesa, AZ. They have local grown food distributed to local restaurants and markets. Troy's background is as a chemist and pharmacist who worked in alternative medicine previously.
They sell Tower Farms, and advise on their use both personally and for business (also advises Cannabis companies in U.S. and Europe). This tech uses less water, less land, and grows clean food. Example is the Greenhouse of 5000 sq ft, that grows 1 acre of food on 1/9 the land size.
True Garden is home to the first-of-its-kind facility. It is operated by solar power and produces local, living produce available year-round in the hot desert regions of Phoenix and the Southwest US.
They are the first high-tech greenhouse in the U.S. capable of producing most cool season food crops year-round—even in the scorching desert, where temperatures reach 120 degrees during the day and 90 degrees at night during summer months. The greenhouse uses very little energy in the winter months by operating in a naturally vented mode.
